They submitted a PC fine against me before Christmas despite it being and in and out on two separate days! They clearly mismatched their records then also refused to fix it when I called. Meaning lots of chasing and time wasted to B&Q's head office, in Watford. It was cancelled in the end, but by the stores involvement.
Please don't post on this thread. It is for information only, not for asking questions. The thread title and dozens of posts above yours are a clue to this.

Hello,
Not sure I have come to the right place to ask this...
Briefly- I live in a flat which I have a permit for my car. It broke down in the loading bay for a few days (with permit in window) I phoned people who gave me permit and they gave me a code to put in the window aswell. However I got a few parking tickets. I am now getting letters saying bailiffs will come round.
The company is TNC - saying all payment has been ignored and payment is now revoked. Can I please get some advice?
Thank you0 -

Its best to start your own thread. Did the letter actually say that bailiffs "would come round" I doubt it.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
PCN cancelled by Autosec following complaints to DVLA and BPA. Autosec use TNC to get hold of your DVLA data. Autosec website Para 4, ie "you must supply driver details". completely wrong and a breach of BPA code of practice. First complaint. Autosec did not look at appeal or give Popla Code, 2nd Complaint.
Tnc Management Ltd trade as TNC parking service and also TNC collections. They can not get data as debt collector and use info to issue NTK. 3rd complaint. They can not send debt letters out during the appeal stage. 4th complaint. TNC inflate price and harass you with letters and calls. (think they used our name and got tel no's through our website or maybe facebook business page). 5th complaint.
ADVICE. follow the sticky, newbie threads and advice from the team on here to the letter. Do not stray nor get in a panick. You can win against these scammers0 -
Hi
I want to log my story as I see you have a list of people but not the B&Q one but you do have the Parking Eye one.
I was in the B&Q store for two consecutive days, soon after received a ticket for having apparently stayed about 16 hrs in the car park! Totally fake, they have clearly mis-matched the in and out on the two days wrongly.
But trying to get it cleared and flagged up was an absolute nightmare, tried them, they didnt want to know telling me to appeal. I refused to appeal when there is a fundamental error which they should check and cancel.
I contacted the regulator/association - useless.
I initially contacted the store who advised to deal with Parking Eye.
After lots of stress and frustration contact B&Q head office and complained a lot. The store then called me and said they'd try speaking to them. They eventually did and it was cancelled.
But it took ages, not easy at all, and not that easy from B&Q, not impressed as it was very slow and stressful and no goodwill either from B&Q as they initially said, it's nothing to do with us the car park isnt ours. I protested where do you say that the car park is nothing to do with you!! They, B&Q, weren't initially bothered until I went to the head office.
Final: in the end someone at the store spoke to PE and it was cleared. But what a joke of a process for a completely fake charge.
QUESTION: has anyone successfully sued PE for compensation, e.g. I am tempted to for this as it took so much time and stress to clear and was totally fake, and when I tried to tell them they didnt act or want to know!0 -

PE has 2 in-house lawyers to prepare against you, and will likely instruct a barrister to face you in court.
Sorry, as much as I admire your instinct to go for their jugular, sometimes pragmatism has to override. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Received a PE PCN for the Marriott at Manchester Airport. Very annoyed as I had paid for the extra 3 hours on top of the complementary 3 hours but, by now, had thrown the ticket away and couldn't prove I'd paid.
Appealed to PE and got nowhere and then found this forum. As a result, I complained vociferously to customer.care@Marriott.com and the charge was cancelled within 48 hours!
All thanks to this forum :j0
