I got court papers through and was too lazy to do anything with them and now the PPC has won by default.

Is there anything I can do??

Please keep doing what you are doing though, from someone who really does appreciate the support and advice on here. I'm totally clueless and a big chicken so I would have rolled over and paid a long time ago to make it go away but for being able to log on and read reassuring posts on my own thread and others which make me realise it's not so scary and it is worth fighting.
  • I'll second that.
I have followed a couple of threads in the past two weeks that made me want to kick the op right up the bum to get them moving. It is easier to do nothing, but f f s don't ask others to waste their time in writing answers if you really can't be @rsed to do anything with them.

Having said that, it can be confusing and even now, I'm not entirely sure about who is entitled to issue pcn's and under what circumstances. I take some comfort in that the judges don't either.

I have a letter of complaint to a land management agent covering losses and mentioning the Equality Act, just waiting to go, if anyone wants to see it to check I have got the facts right!

    Hi all

I got a ticket and I'm too lazy to read any threads on here to find out what to do.

Could someone please spoon feed me the answers.

Even better if one of you could write the letters for me and even pay the fine.

Oh, and I'll feel free to ignore any advice that I don't like. And I won't reply to any questions that require any effort on my behalf.

    Thanks.

Don't forget you also won't bother to tell us the outcome of your case!
  • Why is everyone so horrid on this forum.

I came on here for help, and lots was offered. I ignored all the advice because I didn't like it and now I'm back looking for more advice now that I'm in the mire.

I thought the internet was supposed to be full of nice people who were happy to give up their time to help others, even when these others are lazy, thick and don't follow the advice provided?

So, will I lose my house tomorrow when the bailiffs come round??

You lot told me in ancient threads I found from 3 years ago, to ignore the fake PCN so I did, and I also ignored small claim papers. What shall I do now I have a default judgment against me?

    :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Would you please pay it for me?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just tell them you are a freeman of the land and you do not recognise HMCS as they are a company

  • I found this thread, beside the 'Read this before posting thread' [which I didn't read btw]....and I was wondering...

My offence happened on a Tuesday and I read something about Tuesday being 'get off scot free day' so I don't think it applies to me.

I have to go out to Pil-ar-tes so could someone be an angel and write me a letter.

    Ciao, ciao!!
