Too lazy, please do it for me.

Options
Hi all

I got a ticket and I'm too lazy to read any threads on here to find out what to do.

Could someone please spoon feed me the answers.

Even better if one of you could write the letters for me and even pay the fine.

Oh, and I'll feel free to ignore any advice that I don't like. And I won't reply to any questions that require any effort on my behalf.

Thanks.

And you need a response instantly otherwise you'll kick off and start SHOUTING IN BLOCK CAPS demanding to know why you've not been attended to :rotfl:

All joking apart - you're not too far off the mark here :)

  • I posted over 20 minutes ago and no-one has helped me yet!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are so unfriendly on here.
  • I think you've forgotten to post your life sob story. Surely your cat has run off with the neighbours cat so you're so stressed that reading posts is too much for you ? Don't forget to mention that you dropped a whole box of eggs this morning and it's made you a manic depressive called Marvin meaning you've forgotten how to understand the English language.

And if someone sends you a link, remember not to bother to read it but to then ask a load of questions which were all already answered in the link...:)

And, when you receive a letter from the court, don't bother to read it, just take a photo of it with your iPhone making sure your thumb is covering half the text, and forward it on to us so that we can tell you what it says.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.
  • I really can't the sob stories that people come on with.
We dont need that. We just need the facts. Makes life so much easier.....

And amazed that people I've helped have said they have now got a judgement in default as they were to busy.

But very happy when people reply and say it's sorted and thank me. That's very uplifting

  • you forgot to write your sob story entirely in lower case with no punctuation or paragraph breaks which makes it very hard to read and understand especially when it goes rambling on for ages and ages and forgets to impart the key information like who issued the ticket whose car it is whether it was a ticket on the car or in the post or what and dont forget to put all the information in the wrong order so its impossible to really work out what happened when or at what stage were now at has anyone heard of a company called roxburghe their letters are scary and i am too lazy to do a simple search for the company

One memorable poster came on here last week to let us all know how he's taken a parking company on ON HIS OWN, writing his own letters and doing his own research - and he'll update us all AFTER the event.
If only there were more like this .....

And plenty of 'could ofs', 'should ofs' and 'would ofs'. And little thanks for 'you're advice', as 'your taken for granted'. :rotfl:

  • Do I detect a slight hint of frustration here?
