I think I will start a thread about Debt Recovery Plus as we've only had one about them today.
I won't bother to search the forum first for the word 'Recovery' of course. Nor even read any threads going back a few pages, too much effort.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I can honestly say I may be guilty of a couple of points in this thread
until Guys Dad gave me a wake up call!
Mainly due to the thought of paying an inflated 'fine' I think people (myself included) want a quick fix and think it will be sorted in no time, because if it drags on it could be a court case!
Reading through the many threads on MSE gives you more confidence in fighting these scammers.
Take stock knowing that with some 'light reading' you can see that others have had very similar experiences to what you are suffering and there is light at the end of the tunnel.
The advice given is excellent and remember, they don't know you from Adam and are willing to help wherever they can.
Do some reading to show you are willing to put in the leg work and I'm sure it will be appreciated by the regulars!
Thanks all!0
