Add it to the growing list of products that have shrunk OP.

Yes Nestle can do that. Can Nestle determine the price its sold at ?

Well if they sell them to the retailer at the same price then they kind of can.

Kit Kat Chunky bars now reduced in weight from 48g to 40g BUT THE PRICE IS THE SAME!

Mmmmm. Do they think they can just do this and get away with it?

I agree. I used to buy the Chunky bars because they had more 'grammes' per bar than their 4 finger friends.

Now it's the other way round. You get more in the 4 fingers.

And of course, you pay the same :(

tesco everyday value rice pudding is almost half milk and only half filled will actual rice, good job I'm not that bothered as I use it as a pourover tinned fruit so the top half of the tinn is like a thin cream, and as its only 15p its not too much of a swizz, but if someone bought it to feed several people they are in for a suprise. As I am the only one in my house its not too bad

If you want a value RP, Sainsburys Basics is made by Ambrosia. As featured in brands disguised thread.

Agree Sainsburys basic tinned rice has more rice to milk ratio. Nice and thick.

The only minus is that it's 25p a tin.

Probably better Vfm for rice per 100g

Philadelphia has gone from 300g family pack to 280g family pack. I don't buy it often but it's nice when on offer.

    VB x

A lot of recipes that use Philly such as cheesecake ask for 300g. This was nice and easy as you just put a whole tub in. Now you have to buy an extra tub and weigh out the difference. Not difficult, just annoying.

What evidence do you have that they can't?
Do you want a debate and the legality vers the morality? I was simply stating that they had dropped the size. As to whether they can or not is rather down to people who read this site. If enough agree that it is wrong and stop buying the product that will be the right or wrong of it.

No need to be so aggressive!

but agree if people stop buying it they would change. Can't see it happening.
