I didn't realise til we were putting the shopping away, but when did Unilever reduce the size of ICBINB from 500g to 400g? Or is the 400g size special to Lidl?
I have only seen that size in the pound stores, but it is a size made to a price and not the usual size stocked in Adsa and Tesco.0 -
Cadbury Snow Bites packs seem tiny this year
Don't think they're value for money any more.

Not shrinking food, but Fairy Liquid sizes have shrunk since I bought my last bottle. Evidently, they've done this before. They're now 500ml, 780ml & 820ml.
The best VFM I've found is 820ml for £1.49 at Poundstretcher.
It's marginally cheaper at B&M, £1.49 for 870ml:

I work in a shop and we stock £1 bars of Cadbury Dairy Milk. Mondelez upped the price to £1.29 a while back but it seemingly backfired and it was soon a £1 again.
At the moment we've got 110g bars on the shelf but I took a delivery last week and they've shrunk to 95g!It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0 -
Did the food shopping yesterday and noticed that a 4 pack of baking potatoes from aldi have reduced in weight from a minimum of 250g per tuber to 185g per tuber!! That's quite a lot of spud reduction
Not sure whether the price has dropped to reflect this and when i asked the manager he wasn't even aware of the change.

Noticed that Rowntrees Fruit Gums, Fruit Pastilles were 170/175g now 150g.
Elderly customers moaning Camp coffee has shrunk since gone in a plastic bottle when I was in Asda's hot drinks aisle. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Birds Eye peas may well have shrunk. I had a MyCoupons offer for 860g I think it was, but the only weight on the shelf near that was 800g. Naughty tactic by Sainsbury's misaligning offers in order to give out less points.0

Cadbury have also seemingly shrunk their Boost bars in the multipacks.
Were 48.5g and are now only 40g. Only the Double Decker bars remain at their original sizes (for now). It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0 -

Yes I noticed the Rowntrees range had changed. They are in fancy new bags which was obvious that they would cut some weight from them. I think Randoms though have remained at 150G as they were always slightly lower anyway.0 -
Had a laugh this week.
Just received my copy of Which?. They have just caught up with this.
3 page spread with pictures on % reduction.
Saying what we have all been saying all along. Sizes down, price the same.
This thread has been going since Sept 2013.
Good job catching up Which?.The more I live, the more I learn.
