We went to our first last night. I was very impressed! Our goody bag had pasta, mushrooms, plain chocolate and some of the Cornish brie. No biscuits or apples for us either, but I was very happy with what we received! Well done Tesco! I hope to be able to attend another evening like that in the future.

How do you get onb the mailing list for the food evenings please? I tried using the contact us form they suggested with the title Future Food Evening and got an email back a cvouple of daysd later saying that they don't deal with Food Evenings so they couldn't help!

I've just booked myself in for this too 20 mile round trip so hoping it will be worth it and it will be held- it's an 'extra' store rather than a normal store but hey ho- will give it a go! Really looking forward to it

Has anyone been to the Finest food evening yet? Just wondering what they are putting in the free goodie bag?

I got a bar of Finest chocolate, pack of mushrooms, a selection box of finest cheese and packet of pasta. Had to sit through a talk first. We had a chance to sample lots of lovely food as well and a glass of prosecco.
I thought it was well worth it.

I am slightly disappointed, as my Local Tesco Mather Ave Store is doing the nights right into November, but they are fully booked up
