    Yes, reinstall Avira or download Avast etc.

    No problem.

    let Avast scan it, then update mbam and run a quick scan.

    Don't panic if there's any detections though, there may be a few traces leftover but it essentially looks clean.

    gonna update everything tonight and keep it over weekend, daughter can have it back when 100%.
