I live in the north west midlands, and I wouldn't say the market is depressed around here. Maybe the price was too high, and maybe the house needs a bit of work. I just need to get the money quick, I don't want to spend more.0 -

How difficult is this, and how long does it take. I am all for getting the best price, but want it quick. I have thought about putting it in an auction.0 -
Auction is a good idea, but they only seem to come round every now and then. And they do charge a huge fee for selling your property.Not got much to say really.
