Hi,
I have a few problems, and need to sell my house quick. Does anyone know the best way to do this?
I don't really want to give it away, but I have had the house on the market for a while, and havn't had a lot of interest. I have thought about renting a smaller house, or moving abroad. I don't know what to do.

Its a bit embarrasing really, as I have taken it off the market because it was on so long with no interest. I didn't want to feel uncomfortable with the neighbours.0

I know it might seem desperate, but 70% doesn't seem too bad...
...if its quick. I know some people put in a low offer and then drag out the sale, I would hate that.0
