    Morning!

I've been in the office nearly an hour  was dark when I got up this morning. On the plus side I had my new winter coat to wear!

MIL stayed over and is delivering children to their required places for the day. She is well prepared for the wrath of DS when he doesn't want to be left. We had tears yesterday when I left him, but he did manage to tell me why last night (he's scared of the curtains across the stage in the school hall where they go for lunch) - so a word with teacher and a peek to show nothing scary may suffice.

House somewhat neglected this week so far: kiddies and work kinda getting in the way. I'm going to try finish at 2.45 to get home for DS, take him on his visit to after school club (hmph, another thing to have a cry about - him not me!) then collect DD.

The good news is I don't work Thu/Fri so we can do housey things in the morning before DS is away to school at 11 again.

I honestly don't know whether I'm coming or going. No wonder he is getting upset...

Challenge update - I managed to get out for my second "lesson" in C25K yesterday. I did loads better than my first attempt, but boy do my knees feel stiff today :D

    Morning all

I kept dreaming about flyladies last night,in some hotel.

My heart is still heavy this morning but I'm going walking with one of my besties so I'm hoping that will get me moving.

DW emptied, pack lunch done, boys chased twice to get a move on.

Another lapsed flylady here. Was so sad to hear the news. I have been thinking of Toots and smiling at how she knew what was happening with us all. A very kind and caring lady. The angels will be looking after her now. Just been reading through all the posts and shed a tear. I often think of you all. I think she will be saying to the lapsed flyladys get yourself back. RIP Toots. Oh and yes will come back.
  • So lovely to see you 'oldies' back sharing memories of our heyday. As flyladies come and go over the years the one thing which remains the same is the support, love and non-judgementalness of the posts oh and the odd bit of cleaning along the way.

I regard you all as dear friends

SarahShattered wishing you all the luck in the world in your game of snap

    Off to post tomorrow's list

Exactly how I feel Dusty :)

Both cats better this morning and back eating their food, although still confined to one room until this evening. Will post my list when I'm on the laptop.

  • Bossy - DS will settle eventually - some kids cope really well with staggered start and some are much better going straight to full time! And that applies to mums too.

Might be worth asking if the reception children have a specific dinnerlady working with them - we do at our school and it works very well. A friendly word to the ones who are a bit challenged by it can make all the difference...
