    You'd know about it either way, because all customers were sent letters a while ago to say whether they were staying with Lloyds or becoming TSB. So no shambles, just some customers who don't read their letters.

    Ever thought they may not have received their letters, it does happen, and will more be likely in the run up to privatisation.

    Privatisation? What privatisation?

    Oh I see. I thought this thread was about TSB Enhance accounts. Shows you how wrong I can be.

    Can't see where the shambles is? If your account had moved, you would have had several letters from Lloyds about it. Since you didn't get any letters, nothing has changed for you.

    A bad choice of word. I suppose rather than 'shambles', I just meant that it seems somewhat random. The poster (and partner) that I was replying to had had a number of accounts that appeared to have been split.

    My accounts have been opened so recently (about six or seven weeks ago), that I've not received letters anyway.

    Presumably you just do the monthly £1000 account transfer shuffle with TSB Enhance as with the Lloyds Vantage????
    It's your money. Except if it's the governments.

    I'm guessing:

    3xTSB => 15K
    3xLloyds => 15K
    3xBOS => 15K
    2xSantander => 40K

    Thats only 85K, so I'd expect savings accounts elsewhere as well (prob Nationwide Loyalty Saver?)
