I have bought a laptop from currys on finance had it 24 days and it is a very slow laptop the sales person says it would be very fast im not happy at all as it cost me 379.99 what shall i do?
well I have just bought a laptop from currys for that exact amount .. loved it instore .. but they then didnt have any in stock. Went home researched it and found a place 20 miles away. Its great I have to say.
BUT, the crap I had to listen to when choosing it .. "Ive got this one myself" and the full-on warranty pitch, then the Office pitch, etc etc.
The staff are just surreal .. they will say anything to make a sale.
I bought a tv out of impulse from currys the other day now I realise I've made a mistake and have little use for it in my room where do I stand on getting a refund? I've opened it and installed it:(
You're probably going to get nowhere. You have no legal right to return the TV because you have 'made a mistake', and the returns policy does not include opened items.
