Thanks for the good wishes. Im sat here waiting for OH to pick me up. I said that I would remove the bolt myself and discharge myself if they did not do it - they did it pretty quickly.

My Dad is in ITU and the next 48 hours are critical:cry::cry:

My DD came up to London to sit with me as I was going to put myself on a train. I am praying for the best but am fearing the worst.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Oh Molly, huge healing vibes and hugs for you and your dad:grouphug:
I heard on the radio they have recovered a man's body from the clyde, will wait for the news later and hope its not Camelot's workmate's son!
    Welcome newbies.
Well the clothes sorting has been put off again, was coming in from the shops and I met my neighbour, her FIL's fridge freezer has broken and he didn't tell them till everything was thawed out. They are veggie, and didn't know what to do with a large quantity of steak and kidney, think it was the kidney that put he off, so as we speak I am cooking it up, will make some pies for him and freeze them, his new fridge is being delivered tomorrow! Good deed for the day:A

RosyRed I just discovered Lyla is of Arabic origin and means "Night".:o

Ah right thanks ,well done,I never spotted that when looking at meanings tbh :o. DH & DSons wanted it cos its the name of an Oasis song :D.I just thought it sounded pretty :o but she's certainly the colour of "Night". Speaking of which -

Julie will you tell DIL that youve seen a nice name, but its on a forum and belongs to a dog :rotfl:Though actually when I was looking for names,it said the trend today is for 'human' names as dogs are now seen as part of the family, rather than the Fido style of names in the past(apologies to anyone with a dog called Fido):)

Molly, so sad, hoping for the best :grouphug:

Dentist went well - I didn't need the filling after all and I managed to walk there without my stick. I'd have got home too, except I picked up some shopping and could not managed the walk and carrying things.

The name 'Fido' means 'faithful'. I had to do Latin in school :o

It looks like the body that has been recovered from the Clyde is that of my colleague's son. Can't begin to imagine what they are going through.

    Take care.

Camelot, when I heard the news earlier I had the most awful feeling it would be him, there are no words of comfort for something like this, the family are in my thoughts tonight.
