Morning DFW,
How come you were up so early?! Glad you managed some peace and to find the extra money!!!
I would definitely take DD to the drs, could it be that she needs to go to the toilet causing the tummy ache? Or could it be a certain thing triggering it off, bread does it with me!
Have a nice day xxMummytogirls x0 -
DFW does she eat a lot of wheat? or a lot of dairy? I've also been reading that eating foods in the tomato/apple/broccoli group can cause some intolerances. fedup.com was the website I was looking at yesterday with information on there about different intolerances. Might be worth trying her on different foods to see if any trigger. I know potatoes are my trigger foods for my IBS.Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

the laptop has died! please excuse any typos! Good news is it was still under warranty, bad news I couldn't find the receipt!! Good news I cleaned away all my paperwork looking for it and found a bit of paper with the order number so they're picking it up to hopefully fix it!! 3 months old too I'm really not impressed!
car is in for its check over and full service! my fingers are crossed all is ok as we unfortunately didn't pay for any checks on it and the car has at some point had an accidentwhy do these things always happen to me!Am praying its ok but will await results from mechanic later on!
payday tomorrow thankfully this has been a long month! ds1 has two trips that clash in july so I will be visiting school Monday to see about getting a £50 refund on one and seeing how he can catch up on what he misses! £50 will be very handy right now though. once we know about the new car and if all is well we will set about selling the old one for as much as we can! All money made from it will go to emergency or car fund.Mortgage Overpayments 2024/25 - September-December, £152.46. J- £103.27, F- £115, M- £91.50, A- £100, M- £200, J- £200. J- £200. No idea why I was up so early but I was wide awake! I was fast asleep by 10pm last night though :rotfl:
Dd has been to drs now we've given a wee sample over but she thought it wasn't an allergy or ibs type thing. I have ibs from bread which is why I don't eat a lot now! I might try a food diary xxDFW does she eat a lot of wheat? or a lot of dairy? Morning DFW,
Glad you got DD in at the drs, hope they get to the bottom of it.
How did the car go on???!!!! xxMummytogirls x0 -
Looks like we were ripped off with the car! Total scrap heap. Man is refusing to give us a refund (we expected this) so we're down a thousand pound for nothing! We've contacted the police who put us through to the fraud team and they are investigating him (this is not the first time he's done this). We paid £100 for the inspection and had already spent £26 in halfords on it. I really feel like my life is like a soap opera sometimes. One that can't be switched off and forgotten about though!
I'm thankful it was only a grand.
off to see dad today until Sunday but will try and pop in here, needing my friends in the box as none in RL lol! XxMortgage Overpayments 2024/25 - September-December, £152.46. J- £103.27, F- £115, M- £91.50, A- £100, M- £200, J- £200. J- £200. A-£200, S- £221.34. O-£200EF- £642.41/500

Wow, that is shocking about the car. Really sorry that you are unlikely to get your money back. Hope the fraud team can take it further and stop it happening to others.
Hope you can put it to the back of your mind and have a good couple of days with your dad.
