Wonderful new start all round!
I *think* that removal companies will provide boxes. Maybe worth asking.
So happy for you that everything is moving the right direction at last.0 -

So enjoying all the excitement .... wine bottle boxes are good and sturdy, especially for books, as they are not too heavy to lift when filled. When I last moved I kept an index in my diary, and just numbered each box, writing in my diary what was in it. (I still have some of them, full, in the shed - eek!).
If you do have an auctioneer in to look at your stuff, which is a good idea, do make sure you clearly understand what reserves are advised, and what charges might be levied if your stuff does not sell i.e. does not reach the reserve ... auction prices can be surprising, in both good and bad ways! HTH, the cake0 -
