Oh no Lennys gone.... Well i think I did my bit lulling him into a false sense of security yesterday. Wine, chicken poppins, meatballs, steak, chocolate..... doesn't look good written down really does it.
And today is probably not going to get any better. Off to Liverpool today to do some work for my SIL (now I am gainfully unemployed!) then for a meal out with all the inlaws...

Morning lovelies!
I am being smug and virtuous sitting here with my bowl of porridge and bottle of water! Lunch is caesar salad...well actually it's lettuce with low fat dressing but calling it caesar salad makes me look forward to it! Dinner is going to be LIH's macaroni cheese thingy (got some reduced turkey rashers at Asda last night, yay!).

can i just ask are some of you guys following diet plans ...i know i should read this full thread but ive been night shift since monday night and only getting on for half an hour in the morning not enough time to catch up ...it's just i notice a few of you are doing slimming world and tot is talking about low calorie days what does it all mean?...i'm just eating what i want when i want to (and i wonder why i started at 15 1/2 stone lol)0

Hi all,
feeling determined today - have more to admit about last night thoughI went upstairs to clear a bit and when I came down OH was smiling saying he'd ordered us a chinese to celebrate my job (part to full time) and I didn't have the heart to shout at him (a)!!!!!!! DEBT!! and b)DIET!!!!! so ate it
But for the first time ever I went to bed and felt really rough - sick and bloated, so that serves me right!
I am now going to be extra good, no syns and lots of free food til Tuesday night (my weigh in night). I lost 1lb last week and really want to lose more next week so will power here I come!
Good luck everyone today - when Lenny comes back he'll be stunned

I'm following Slimming World Elantan- I find it good and I do go to the meetings as otherwise I'm crap! Will have to reevaluate when my current bought up weeks run out as if I've not lost enough weight and am not being strict enough, I won't continue to go!

Hi Elantan - I'm just doing the same as you, eating what I want, when I want really, just trying to make smarter choices, and cut out the unhealthy snacks.
I feel dizzy very quickly if I reduce my calorie intake too low. well i'm feeling physically sick from the night shift but not going to bed till late tonight but the thought of food makes me want to hurl right now ...didnt manage the davina work out like i had planned last night absolutely no energy i spent most of the night struggling to stay awake that was enough work for me i think ...however i know i have to eat it is vital to my plans so i am gonna have porridge with soya milk seseme seeds and strawberries for breakfast and cant even think about lunch just now so will decide later what i'm having if i can face it.....sounds like your all doing good with the exception of chinese, ice cream,chocolate, cake etc etc i think though you are all right that's why i havnt picked a plan or diet i know i will never stick to it i think i am gonna try for portion sizes and excercise0
