morning all.
I was very good (ish) last night. I had the caesar salad without the parmesan on top with a chicken breast. Ihad a side order of spicy rice, which was really tiny.
Three glasses of very weak tasting sangria and then one cocktail at another bar.
I didn't even pinch a chip off anyone elses plate!!
So today, feel a bit tired, not sure why.
i'm going to have
egg on waffles for breakfast
ham sandwich for lunch
chicken breast in pitta with salad for dinner
good luck everyone. Day five and we're doing well!!"Stay Wonky":D

Well done keren, you were good last night. I'm tired too, I think it's a lack of chocolate that's doing it. I need to work for a few hours today, I'm hoping this will be a quicky though, trouble is in the studio there is always nice things hanging around. Pastries, cakes, posh milky coffee, curry, you name it. It's going to be tough but I'm taking my bowl of salad with me.. yippee:A

Ah well, back to sitting on the sofa for me
Studios, gigs, moving to foreign countries, no money, no sleep, hanging around waiting, hissy fits from divas, arguing sweaty musicians, crap gigs where you're treated like the lowest of the low. foreign countries which never quite seem to happen. It's not very exciting really, I'm depressed now, can I join you on the sofa instead?:rotfl::A

Hi
Since this is for debt as well as diet I thought I woudl share this with you.
Last week I opened an Alliance and Leicester premier account (the interest free OD one) yesterday the cheque book arrived and today I have paid £430 off my Lloyds OD (18% APR) and with the £71 Amazon money that is currently being transfered into my Lloyds account I am going to pay that OD offand still have about £24 left in credit for the first time in ages :j
Ok so I'll have it on my A and L account, but I wont be paying any interest on it :T I've now changed where my Amazon payments are going (From Lloyds to A and L) so I can knock little bit off it while I work to reduce the rest of my debt (Store card especially) and then hit it really hard.
I was just very excited and wanted to share.
And on a plus point I have so far resisted the call of the very nice chocolate cake that's sat in the fridge.... How much will power do I have today!!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
