I have Davina's box set. The Power of 3 and 3 x 30 mins workouts. Both are really good. I had left over christmas vouchers so I treated myself. I use one a week so I don't get bored. Although I've not been doing them recently! Naughty, naughty!!

    Must do better.

Morning everyone. You sound shattered el, any plans to do a sammy and quit this job any time soon? How was your boy's birthday by the way?

Sammy, I hope you have fun today. It's not too bad blowing the diet a bit at this time during the week, there are still a few days till we weigh in so time to undo some of the damage yet.

I'm determined to be good today, I've had my fruit for breakfast and feel pretty good so no excuses today. Lenny won't win!

El I'm doing this diet plan which is basically calorie shifting, this means some days I eat a really low calorie diet, the following day higher calories, next day middle amount. The overall weekly intake is still enough to lose on but the theory is that your body won't get used to having less and go into starvation mode, start slowing the metabolism down to compensate for a diet. I'm giving it a go to see how I get on anyway. Not got past the first low calorie day yet, but today is the day.

That's ok, my son has dyslexia too, I'm used to figuring out what he means. Keep trying for new jobs, I know you didn't get the one you wanted but a better one is out there.

Well, kids off to school and childminder - am very motivated. Should have quit my job months ago, but I don't think I would have coped quite so well then. Have had a call about a six month contract woo hoo, just got to get references now. Not the easiest of things to do when you threw a hissy fit at your previous job and the one prior to that got taken to a tribunal!

Also one of my previous bosses has just been offered redundancy and she wants us to go into business together in Jan 08. She is coming over to talk about it next week.

    Onwards and upwards.....
