SuSu - have you not heard of the latte factor... Not good for DFW.. How much is a latte x 5 x 52 = ???? how much:rotfl: :rotfl:

Think its okay for diets though, isn't that why its called a skinny latte

Oh I don't pay for them!! I work for a BIG company, and we have a guest card which is for buying lunch for visitors - we use this to buy our first coffee of the day (and sometimes a second if we're having a bad day)

I also get a £5 a day lunch allowance, so in theory I could have a big old lunchtime feed and a teeny tiny dinner. I tend to do both though :o

Great news that I can still have my latte - ta for that :D
£27k (excluding interest) paid off in 29 months
    Finally debt free!

I can't stop weeing (am I allowed to say that on here) - but it doesn't hurt, nothing wrong down there or anything and its not like proper wee - just like water ITMS. Sorry if this offends anyone :o

Hey Weller, I find that that usually happens to me when I start eating 'properly'! I was always told when I used to go to SW that it is completely normal as you are just loosing all the water you were retaining and should probably calm down after a week or so. I used to find that the first week was always a good weight loss as spending most of the day peeing! Can get mega frustrating...especially at night as used to wake up a few times and the kebabmeister needs her sleep!

Here we are then everyone...my foodies for today! I had weetabix things for brekkie, lunch was a ham and cheese sandwich with no butter...but tasted ok! Also had a bag of French Fries and an apple. Had a snack later on of mullerlight and a banana. Tea was a home made SW stew and I am gonna eat a curly wurly later (they are full of holes so should be ok!), low in calories chocolate wise and last forever as sooooo chewy! Only drank about 1/2 litre of water today which was naughty. Went to a Circuits class in my lunch hour...was torture but I loved it!
Hope everyone else is doing ok...hope we are all managing to resist the bad stuff! I took the little kebabmeister to McDonalds earlier and all I had was a diet coke! God if I wasn't determined and doing this, posting each day, I would have had a Large Big Mac meal, Fanta and a Mcflurry...was very strong to resist all of that.....Mmmmmmmmmm!
    Luv the kebabmeister x
