Living... you know those 2.5lb you lost? I think I've found them!
Was pretty good for dinner - griddled lamb chunks (threw them about in ground allspice first - yummy) with griddled tomatoes, baby spinach & shredded beetroot salad, sugar snap peas & boiled new potatoes (ahem, with loads of butter)
BUT....I then had an ice cream lolly
Will be good tomorrow, I promise :A
(oh, am I allowed skinny latte? Have one every morning at work for breakfast)£27k (excluding interest) paid off in 29 months
Finally debt free!0 -
SuSu - have you not heard of the latte factor... Not good for DFW.. How much is a latte x 5 x 52 = ???? how much:rotfl: :rotfl:
Think its okay for diets though, isn't that why its called a skinny latteQuality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
