well folks, for once i've got my slap on and i'm off out in about 10 minutes.

i've narrowed my choice down to the peri peri chicken livers with spicy rice or caesar salad with a chicken breast. I'm going to have the pitta bread and red pepper dip to start with.

no chips, and no garlic bread.............sob.........

    Where ya offtee Kezza?

Have a great time keren, I personally hate liver so it's an easy choice for me. That said, ceasar salads can be loaded with calories, what with the dressing and the cheese.

Honestly you lot, we're only on day 3 and everyone's hurling themselves off the wagon :rotfl: D- must try harder.

Just kidding, I hope you enjoyed it, just build it in to the rest of the week and you'll be fine.

    For breakfast..? ;)

If I can dig out my pots tonight (assuming I can *find* them) I'll be making chicken soup tomorrow.

    *Lots* of chicken soup....

I have fallen off big style.... I had a big juicy steak for tea with nothing else

And the babys chicken something or other - not sure what....... oh poppin chicken that was it... Not very good to give an eighteen month old baby, but I think I just got them for me really!

And I am halfway through a bottle of pinot grigio.. OH took the news that I had walked out of my job remarkably well. (Only because he has a day off tomorrow and I think he thinks that a bit of rumpy pumpy might be on the cards now!)
