Can I join in Too, please?
Used to go to WW but couldn't justify the £4.95 with new MS habits.
Was thinking other morning (early) that if losing 10% of weight brings health benefits, then losing 10% of debt would bring wealth benefits and then was that achievable for me in 10 weeks? Ended up getting up for pen and paper as it turned into a nerdy rolling 10% deduction thing! So this thread is just the thing for me.
Have joined the Grocery Challenge so won't allow any extra money for diet food. Excercise is lots of walking along with new Flylady regime (the cleaning is killing me but I'll die in a clean house :rotfl: ) and a bike if I can get anyone on Freecycle to give me one or find one in local shop windows.
Lenny - will it be easier or harder for you to lose weight, do you have any control over your diet/menu underwater?
Starting weight 13 1/2 stone (already lost that 1st 10% from starting weight 15 stone). Weigh day will be Monday.

OH MY G*D
:eek::eek::eek:
Never, ever again - he's worse than the bl00dy kids!!!
He scores a few MSE points - cos he wouldn't let me put anything in the trolly - his suggestionbeing that we eat all thats in the freezer first, however, I think he had ulterior motives!!
His miserable bollox score is through the roof though - even higher than his egg-box gamer score :eek: He was asking if we were done before we got to the bread aisle :eek:
Overall (providing I dont have to keep calling into the shops through the week) not bad - total spent £27.65
I did come home though and console myself with a slice of french bread:heartpuls baby no3 due 16th November :heartpulsTEAM YELLOWDFD 16/6/10"Shut your gob! Or I'll come round your houses and stamp on all your toys" The ONE, the ONLY, the LEGENDARY Gene Hunt :heart2:0 -
