Hello peeps! Just posting my foodies for today! Brekfast was Shreddies and a coffee, lunch had 2 pieces of wholemeal bread, toasted with marmite (no butter so was a bit dry!) and some grapes...wasn't all that hungry as went to the gym in my lunch hour...but am STARVING now which is not good as tea is at 8pm! Tea is going to be home made tuna pasta bake with salad followed by mullerlight yogurt. Have drank 1ltr water so far but really need to improve that really...gonna have a drink now to help keep me away from snacks before tea!!!

well done donner, that's a good day. Stay chatting here while drinking your water. I've not been too bad, mini room for improvement, I'm crap at drinking water but coffee and tea have water in so I don't do too badly:rolleyes:

Hi Toto, I am not a huge fan of water really...have to force myself to drink it if I am not exercising! Was mega embarrassed at the gym (I work at a Uni and they have a gym on campus), it was open day today and they were showing round large groups of potential students and their mums, dads, nans, grandads etc loads of people and I was practically dying on the running machine and they were all grouped around me looking at the machines! I was sweating so much; I was a right sweaty betty! Must have looked horrendous, tried my hardest not to make eye contact with any of them as worried would shoot off the end of the running machine! Tea and Coffee I can drink loads of but trying hard to cut down...diet coke...could drink gallons of, especially if laced with Vodka...Jack Daniels...Southern Comfort...list goes on!

I know what you mean about the exercise. I always think that I get enough when I'm working, and fair enough it is physical. But over the last few weeks I have not been going out to work as much, so I'm doing a lot more sitting in front of the computer (eating cookies). So, this week I have dug out an exercise machine and a couple of dvds, but my legs kill. I've got quite good upper body muscle, but my legs really need toning up. In some ways I quite fancy going to the gym and joining the exercise classes, but I'm too tight to pay the monthly fee.
