Well, my plan for the day went totally down the pan! I have brought my breakfast home from work, so I still have that to eat. After my white bread tuna sandwich (which wasn't that pleasant) I went to the supermarkete to buy my steak and decided to have that tomorrow - my boss told me to marinade it in teriyaki sauce overnight, so thats what I am doing. SO - what to eat tonight. I bought an asda chicken fried rice (not SW but oh well) IT WAS GROSS!

So i had half a cheese sandwich. I am starving now. So I think I am about to eat my breakfast. AND I have heartburn to boot.

Lenny - wish I had had your tea!

Awww gimme a piece of chocolate :D

I havent done very well today either, I'm afraid :o

I had no breakfast, then had 2 rich tea biccies with a brew at college.

It was crumble day at school, so had that for lunch - small portion, I promise.

Dinner was a pork steak and cauliflower cheese, but for the first time ever, I stopped when I felt satisfied and left some for the dog, rather than eating till I felt sick.

Tomorrow may be a problem. I'm on a school trip in the morning, so probably wont get time for brekkie. Thursday is also chippy night in our house. Any ideas what I can have that isnt too bad?

I wont let you down girls and Zed, I promise, but I must try harder :o

I had my museli for breakfast, lunch ended up being salad with no tuna, I think I've gone off it because I didn't fancy it at all. but I did have a slice of bread with it instead. My chicken is in the oven and the veg is in the steamer.

I want chocolate now (thanks lenny) so I'm off to brush my teeth so I won't want any, for the next 5 mins anyway.

    evening all :D

Well, I stuck to my planner so far. For tea I had lemon & pepper chicken (from the freezer), green beans and honey & mustard potato's (made from tinnies) - it was yummy and I'm now stuffed :p

There were some pot's left so will have them for lunch tomorrow with ham and egg I think!!

NS Day went outta the window seeing as the rest of the house had fish & chips AND miserable bollox is coming shopping with me tonight :eek:
He NEVER comes with me so g*d know's what will end up in the trolly - I'll update later - wish me luck :rotfl:
