Refused to eat a Mr Whippy :eek::eek: Have you booked him in at the Dr's ;);)

The skinny cows arent the most DFW of icecream but if you have a Jack Fulton's close to you then they usually have GREAT offers on them.

I'm a WW gal rather that SW but the ice creams, tubs and cornetts are all 1.5pts each whatever that equates to

  • Hi everyone,

Toto - logged in to let you know that I've now lost 9lb altogether - but I see you already know that (cue spooky twilight zone music...) ! Really chuffed -is this the time I stick to it? lol

Just had a minor lbm that my gain coincides with passing my driving test and is nothing to do with free beer at work and no exercise -ha! I used to have to walk 2 1/2 miles a day to get my lift to work and didn't have to buy choc at petrol stations and supermarkets in the way home - funny how you forget isn't it? Anyway, I haven't been allowed to drive for 2 weeks and it seems to have had an effect.

anyway just [STRIKE]gagging on[/STRIKE] sipping my first glass of water and lemon of the day. Somebody said 8 glasses a day? We'll see.
Breakfast - bran flakes and s/s milk
Lunch - tuna salad pitta bread
    Dinner - chicken salad

Find it rreally hard sticking to 3 meals a day routine - but have had breakfast and lunch evry day for 10 days now and trying hard not to have anything in between. Saying that a crunchie and 2 halves of lager watching the match last night - cos we lost. God, comfort eating on behalf of a football team... desperate times indeed.

Good news for today - i,ve transferred £7600 of stupid rate debt onto a 2.9% for 9 months deal

    When's Lenny back?

    Hi all

Just a quick pop in to tell you all that Andy is home and recovering well though we do have a very confused, mixed up, scared little boy(its very scary - hes thinking that the burglery has made Daddy poorly and theres no convncing him otherwise) The GP are arranging to have someone see him and talk to him. Andy is still in good spirits though the first night he was home he cried a lot, sobbing etc but seems better now.

Thank you all for all your good wishes, will try to return properly soon.

Hope everybody is well and everything ok with everyone.

    Love to all

Oh, P.S My weight loss total is 19lb !!!!!!!!! :j

    Hi Weller.

Please to see that Andy is home, I'm sure he will settle back in very soon. You have all been through so much, it's no suprise he is emotional. As for the little one... Sounds like lots of love is needed there.

Thinking of you as always. x

(Oh and well done on the weight loss! I'm impressed, I'd have eaten for England through this if I'd been you)

Weller - fantastic to see you ! I am so glad Andy is home. The tears are probably a mixture of relief and pent up stress.
