    Already know the company name I'd use, sample menu's would be a breeze, I worked in PR for 16 years so copywriting (should!) come naturally as well as knowing how to promote myself and I can build/edit websites as well

    Just downloaded a fill in the gaps business plan,i'll have a read of that tomorrow.

    I'll have a read about public liability insurance as well.

    Write a business plan, then go down to a bank and see their small business advisor. They will give you all kinds of hints and tips expecting you to use their services.
