Well, I think you need to spend some time looking in the mirror telling yourself you're lovely. Sounds cheesy but it's true. I could tell you loads of nice things but you won't listen. For the record though I think you have nice eyes, pretty smile, great legs and fab boobs.:A

either is fine Toto. If you have some foil, wrap it in that. Pop a few slices of lemon and some fresh herbs inside it if is whole (or put the fish on top if it is a fillet) wrap in the foil and pop in the oven.
You can pan fry as well.
Right, it's in the oven. I've wrapped it in foil and shoved a bit of lemon and herbs in it (it's whole apart from the head and tail) how long does it cook for? I put it on 180 because that's what I cook everything on since the OS ladies told me off for sticking the oven on full blast every time.:A
