180 is fine Toto. Probably about 12-15 minutes tops if it is a big fish.

The foil thing is good, chicken breast and anything like veggies chucked in with a splash of white wine or stock and ahandful of herbs. will come out really nicely.

I've just shed a few tears to be honest. For some reason I sat and watched Trinny and Susannah - a programme I never ever watch but the couple fascinated me for some reason.

Anway, the woman looked absolutely stunning. She had gone from frumpy to really strong, fun and sexy (but not tarty) and I thought - wow, I would love clothes just like that, there was a suit in particular that was amazing.

She is the same age as me and I suddenly felt sad (crying again now) that I'm literally at rock bottom physically and that I should, at 37, look like she ended up.

I don't know, why but over the last few months even though i've eaten myself stupid to get through the awful stuff I've had going on, I just shrugged my shoulders the rare times I got on the scales and saw it had risen - again.

I just didn't care. And then went and bought more chocolate.

But something in how the woman looked tonight 'broke' me. She was slim and had the same colouring as me so I could, in theory, wear the outfits chosen for her as I also am hour glass shaped (somewhere, there's a waist hidden away in me!!) and so is she.

She looked amazing and I thought, what the !!!! have I done to myself.

I think it's what I needed though - something to give me my LBM. I've been here a number of times in my life, but this time I've almost watched myself from outside doing it to myself but not wanting to get involved. The bad situation I was in is gone and I've emerged from it , in a way, victorious.

Time to put myself right now. It happened with my debt and I sorted it, even though it was hard work. I need to use how I achieved being DF to re-educate my brain to lose weight.
