    Righteo then guys! Foodies for today was...
    Bowl of Shreddies, 1 Coffee
    2 pieces of toast with marmite, apple, banana, muller yogurt
    quorn chilli con carne and boiled rice
    curly wurly...love them as 114 calories but last ages as soooo chewy!
    drank about 1 litre of water and 500ml fanta zero but will aim for more tomorrow, more water that is!
    Also went to the gym at lunch, can only really go for 1/2 hour as takes a while to get there and back!

    I watched it too and she did look fantastic but she seems a little devoid of personality.. Not something that you have a problem with.

    And I am sure that if Trinny and Susannah dressed you you would look easily delectable.

    Mind you - you seem to have a style of your own anyway. (love the body accessories:rotfl: )
