Hello peeps! Can I join in too? I have managed to loose 4 stone but have found that recently it has started to creep back on so have about half a stone - 1 stone to loose...ideally want to loose the half first and then decide if I want to loose anymore. At the moment (on Monday) weighed in at 11 stone, lowest I have ever been is 9 and a half but looked ill, so about 10 / 10 and a half should do it! I have lost all the weight doing the Slimming World plan but can't afford to go to classes so hope this will motivate me to behave myself if I am posting what I have been eating each day! Anyhoooos, here's a pic of me from my facebook page...might be a bit small but hope it works...



Anyhooos will post my list of foodies later!

Awww thank you Toto *blush* when I was younger I NEVER used to smile and constantly covered up my mouth as I was embarrassed that my teeth weren't perfect and white and then one day I just thought...this is silly and if people don't like it they can look away! And I have been smiling ever since!

Hi - I'm sorry - should have said that first of all I'm aiming to get BACK to that weight and then some besides. Perhaps I should post the more realistic passed out photo?

I lost a lb tonight - so have lost 7.5lbs but of course won't count this for the challenge. Will go for it from now on.

Now, this negative talk about our bodies and ourselves needs to stop. We are ALL gorgeous and beautiful whether we are 7 or 24 stone and I won't hear any more of this 'I'm ugly' nonsense.
