    Gorgeous pictures of you and your boy! Not sure you need to lose 22lbs but then I am used to my OH who is just 5ft 4...

    Thank you Sammy, he's a beaut! Im 5ft 5 and around 13stone ish. My BMI is 9.5 stone ( I know we all know BMI is not necessarily accurate) but I have to sy my good fighting weight is 10.5 stone (68KGS). So i do need to get down to it, because I keep myself fit, playing football, but all this extra weight at my age now, 36, is taking its toll on my knees. I had a knee op about 4 years ago and I noticed the last time I lost all my weight, it made a massive difference and knocked about 2 minutes off my mile and a half time.

    Right...am going to attempt a photo (first time pic of me!). This was a while ago and I was thinner - about 10lbs! And it's hiding the tum and bum!
    I was debating using the only other photo of me- but as I'm passed out on the sofa on my bday after drinking too much, I think not!

    And, remember, mine is over 4 stone lighter ago......I don't look quite like that at the moment!
