Well, I've been and had my hair chopped today so that's gotta be at least 1lb off. Then I got in the bath and had a good old scrub, exfoliate off another lb. I also went for a 2 mile walk and have just done 30 mins on my thigh trainer.

I didn't have the tuna salad for lunch in the end. I got tons of lovely fruit from the market so I made a fruit salad out of apples, banana, peaches, pear, oranges grapes and cherries. I've got loads so even after the kids have had some for pudding I can have some more tonight and the rest tomorrow.

So, today's meals look like this

Breakfast - coffee

Mid morning - 1 square of dairy milk:o I couldn't stop thinking about it, the kids ate the rest so its gone now.

Lunch - big bowl of fruit salad

dinner - sea bass, salad.
more fruit because it's yummy (I might need a few loo breaks later :rotfl: )

well i am back pc still broke but i promise a pic asap... and i am in no way giving up... we have to beat lenny... dont we girls?

lenny... sorry hun but i do... i will post my best head shot but no way will i post a full length shot... i am very very broad at the shoulders and then my beer belly but my perfect ladie legs doesnt go to well all together... but i will get down to size 12 and i will wear 'my' dress... have no where to wear it too but just being able to wear a dress that fits and looks nice on me will be my dream

thanks for everyones pm's i havent responded to all of you get but i am having a crisis :rotfl: but all is well, mum was ill today so i havent been able to do my dvd, wont do it when others are in the house.. however tommorow i am planning to walk home... all the way 3.6 miles :T wish me luck...

Well - I ended up having spag bol with the sprogs (and maybe a little too much garlic bread)

Miserable bollox has now retired to the boudoir as he says I am now a good vampire repellent :rotfl:

I dont think I have been too unhealthy and if I snack tonight it will be on fruit but everything was store cupboard made so a good MSE/DFW tea

I bought a new digital camera yesterday and it should arrive tomorrow or the day after.

i'm going to pick out two or three outifts I would love to fit me for Blackpool and take photos of myself wearing them. I'm going to take another mid-July and another mid August and then keep everything crossed they fit mid September!!

Don't worry, I won't suject everyone on here to the progress shots - they won't be pretty - there will be plenty of gaping buttons and undone zips!!
