    I just got a bag of Snack a Jacks butter toffee popcorn from the corner shop, low fat and sweeeeeee-eet. Satisfied my sugar craving nicely it did :)

    I need to lose 3 stone and already started by going to Slimming World nearly 3 weeks ago (lost 4 lbs. in first 2 weeks) I'm not going to put my weight in just my loss if that's ok? And sufice to say, I am 'on plan' and not doing and form of excersise. I hate it but do need to do some! I am planning on staying on plan in Canada (ha!)
