I have given up - I look like a matron in a swimming costume - so I wear my bikini with pride. I have to tuck my stomach in my pants, but who cares!!!!!!

Same here! It takes me 1/2 hr to squeeze my 'baby roll' and both bum cheeks into a swimming costume! It's a bit like tetris. :D

Do you mind, I was feeding Natasha when I read that and laughed so hard she almost fell off my knee - she was not impressed and gripped very hard with her gums, ouch!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Blinking 'eck. No pressure eh! (actually there will be) Wow, look how many posts there have been already - outrageous!! Good luck ladies, you're gonna need it. I reckon my 10KG target is very conservative as I believe if I really stick at it and religious with my routine, I could lose a couple of KGs more. I too want to look good for you all at Blackpool (Oh what have I said - "Is that Lenny? He might look kinda skinny, but he's rats. You'd have though the way he flirts with us he'd look like Russel Crowe - Russell Harty more like!"

Lenny, we love you for your insightful, incisive mind, not your body babe! ;)

Welcome in IA and living, the more the merrier. Don't forget to post everything you've eaten during the day later. Poor Lenny doesn't stand a chance.

Does this mean I have to buy a drink for everyone who beats me whilst we are in Blackpool? On the other hand, that means every person that does not beat me will have to buy me a drink:D

oh oh oh can I join in???

weighed myself yesterday, currently at 11st 3lbs. Ideally I could lose two stone, fingers crossed. yesterday I had a quick workout before work. 20 mins at 3.5mph on the treadmill then a round on the vibrogym. today I'm going to have a swim before work, planning on about 30 lengths (20m). ALso brisk walk to and from work, one hour total.

    food plan for today
brekkie - weetabix (2) with milk
lunch - tomatoes, babycorn, half carrot and potato salad
dinner - egg fried rice (forgot to take curry out of freezer  )

    good luck everyone!

my one tip however is the weekly weigh in, a womans weight varies due to her cycles so don't feel too downhearted if one week you struggle, look from one month to the next to get a good view of how your doing :D

    The excuses are starting already:rotfl:
