    Oh Keren, I wasn't meaning to say you shouldn't leave him, quite the opposite in fact - sorry if it came across wrong. I just meant don't leave in a temper and end up going back because you are scared or because you feel guilty.     It contains a lot of fibre (to bulk up so it does feel like it's filling), and since most people's diets consist of very little fibre - the change gives people wind.

    Persist with it - your bowels will get used to the fibre.

    okay - will stick with it for a couple more days but if I am the same on Monday I am off it. I can;t bear sitting in an office thinking I am about to take off.
