I am totally in shock :eek: :eek: :eek: - I have lost a grand total of 2lb and I was not expecting that at all - I have been very naughty all week so can;t understand it, but hey, who am I to question the scales :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: It must have been that Spag Bol (thanks Tig and Sea) as I had it 4 times last week :rotfl: :rotfl:

I keep going back and weighing myself - I can't really believe it and keep expecting the scales to say out loud "Ha Ha tricked you" but so far they are staying slient :think: - I'm not going to eat anything for the rest of the day

hiya guys :hello: well ive started off my new regime(sp?) by having a peach and banana for breakfast, and ive got my ham sandwiches, yoghurt, apple and a packet of crisps for lunch plus hopefully will go and get some tracksuit bottoms so i can start running again

weller well done fantastic news looks like your diet must be working ... and tig is it maybe that time for you? i always put weight on then...well done everyone that's lost sorry if i miss anyone out...dreading my weigh in when i get home i had chips last night i'm lucky if i have them three times a year but they were oh so lovely accompanied by a half bottle of wine (yes i had given up but son bought two bottles i just had to help)...

I dont have *that time* el thanks to the wonderful Mirena - I would love to have something to blame my gain on however its totally down to me being a greedy pig

I have my right head on again though now so lets hope by this time next week it will have gone again
