    Well, I suppose I've delayed confessing about my weigh-in for long enough:

    Weightloss: NOTHING, not even an ounce....grrrrrrrr

    At least I didn't gain anything though. Will try reducing my points to 26 and see what happens then.

    I think it's a bit of a psychological battle too this week, as I'm hovering at exactly 12 stones, so seeing the scales say 11...something would be such a boost, but I can't quite seem to get there.

    Tig, I'm going to make your magic bolognaise and see if that helps!

    ach well...not one lb this week...but in my defence I scoffed a chinese banquet (out with family :o ) at the weekend.

    Ho hum...back to life trying to lose weight and debt at the same time!

    p.s. today will be a good day food wise and the rest of the week I've planned the food for the week and done the shopping so here goes and no family members from Oz over: my brother goes back on Wednesday (only for two months though yay!) :D I'm only glad to see him go for the going out to dinner reason though I'll miss ar'kid.

    Well done, never mind whichever suits you best!

    Morning/afternoon (what day are we on?) everyone

    I haven't weighed in today, I'll do it tomorrow, I've just got in from 28 hours of work. Plus I'd like the bacon sarnie I had this morning to become a dim and distant memory before I go near the scales, otherwise it'll be a bit like this in my bathroom.
