I had a eating lightbulb moment about 2 1/2 months ago. Everywhere I went I seemed to see extremely overweight women. Even more overweight than me and that's saying something as I needed to lose about 6 stone (4 1/2 now )!. I think it hit me that if I didn't do something I would just get bigger and bigger.

Up til now only three people knew how overweight I am - me, DH and slimming world consultant. Guess that figure has just gone up!

When I used to go a few years back, a woman took her skirt off to weigh in!!!! She had a slip on under it, but it was hilarious.
