Awww I didnt think anyone would notice I hadnt been here for a few days :p

I've had a really busy few days, what with one thing and another - open evening at my DD's new school, concert for my DS so I havent had chance to catch up

I missed my weigh in on Tuesday, so I will wait now until next week and have a look then - dont feel like I've done anything amazing though unfortunately. Maybe I could blame the birthday cake ehh !!!

I hope everryone is OK - will have a read back over the last few days as soon as I can.

Just wanted to pop in & say good luck & well done all! I would like to jin you but dont think it would be fair as I'm doing lighterlife so would skew the stats up - the weight drops of (3 stone 9 since 21 mch!) and it costs £66 a week. Hoping to loose 2 more stone so I can reintroduce food (I miss it SOOOO much!!) so prob on it for another two months with just packs (its like cambridge diet but with councelling for those that know CD!)! Its also kind of cheating but as I never managed to stick to a diet in my life &t his is working will stick with it, although NOT helping the debts at all! I'll pop in occasionally but just wanted to say hi & keep it up! Big hugs!

Hmm...don't seem to be having a full on 'good' day at the moment and need to eat a little healthier - rather than just pasta!! :)

Will try and have a good day tomorrow though.

    Evening!

I've been a bit bad today, but should hopefully stay just about within my points - we went to the swimming pool but I had to be a spectator as Natasha's swimming costume is still too big for her and we can't get any swimming nappies that are small enough for her little bum! So no exercise points for me today. Oh, and I shared a portion of chips with hubby in the cafe afterwards.. :o

Just had a lovely version of keema curry made with quorn though - 3.5 points per portion, so I think I'm back on target!

PS Toto, you have made this a lovely thread where we can all moan about all the things that would normally cause us to eat unhealthily, so don't feel bad for having a good rant - we've got a huge collective shoulder for you to cry on if you need it. You're bound to have mixed feelings about such a big decision, and when something has been such a big part of you, it must be hard to imagine being without it.

Weigh in again tomorrow. This week has gone fast.

After last's weeks nil loss, I'm wondering if I will have the same again.

I did my weekly photo's of me in the jacket and sat for ages comparing today's to the one 4 weeks ago - can't see any differences.

Also did a 'one month on' front and side photo and no change there.

I know I usually a need a couple of stone off before there is a slight difference but I was hoping after 4 weeks to be a bit further along. My total 'confessional' for the week is a tub of Ben and Jerry's eaten over Wed and thur night when I felt so ill.

Oddly though, I do feel I have a little (ok tiny) bit more spring in my step, but that could be that I'm coming out of the other side of whatever hit me this week.

I know I'm probably being hard on myself but now the debt is gone and the work situation is sorted (hurrah!!!!!!!!) I need to sort myself out physically. I just feel I am ready to move on in other parts of my life but my metabolism seems to have fallen into a deep slumber!

anyway, I'll stop before I yadda on too much.......
