oh, dear, I don't feel well.
This is a humdinger of a cold, didn't get to sleep until nearly 3, then awake again at 4.45 and then again at something like 6.
Was supposed to be going round to a friend's house for dinner tonight and feel incredibly guilty as I emailed after much thought last night and said I wasn't well. She was ok, but it has taken her so longto get me to go round (my socialising confidence is rock bottom these days) that I wonder if she will think I've just cried off.
I suppose eating wise, it is a plus as it was going to be thai green curry (yum!!!) and wine, but now it isn't!!!
So, food today
egg and waffles
beans and potato pancake
chicken breast and probably another potato pancake
Took me ages to decide and I know potato pancakes aren't the most slimming of foods, but all in, I should be ok. i'll be dosed up with lempsip thingies as well.

Sammy, do we need representation?
Hi Weller, just posted a long reply and it went!!
You don't necessarily need representation to go through a tribunal but if you have access to a service free of charge it would be silly not to use it.
i had legal cover on my house insurance and was covered for up to £50,000 worth of fees. It covered endless phone calls, solicitors fees and barrister fees. They also negotiated a settlement for me, and supported me constantly. They basically made a very difficult process almost bearable.
If you need any advice on tribunals, I would be happy to try and answer any questions you might have.

Sorry you're feeling ill keren, make sure you keep well hydrated, loads of fruit juice (minus the vodka). I really hope you feel better soon. I'll chat later but I'm right in the middle of an almighty row with OH, so I can't stop. No idea about food yet, I had toast and marmite for breakfast.:A

I've just had a really heavy nosebleed
I have a weak blood vessel which 'goes' either through a very heavy head cold or if I'm really stressed.
I confess that to cool myself down afterwards I had a bowl of icecream."Stay Wonky":D

I like it.... Might try and use that to finish the mint chocolate chip ice cream I have at home.
Hope you feel better soon though. Nose bleeds are horrible.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
He's gone to work now, Ugh I could seriously kill him today. I have over 6k of bills which need paying today, so I go online to pay them and the account is pretty much empty. He had gone and bought a piece of equipment which he 'really' needed for 10k. I mean for gods sake, what's wrong with hiring the thing, he knows we've been hit by a client going bankrupt, it's a struggle for me to balance everything right now. He's just so crap with money it's not even funny.
Anyway, in a blaze of glory (picture arms in the air yelling, you flippin get on with it then) I resigned my position as managing Director of this business and ate a bar of fruit and nut to celebrate.:A
