I've had DFW dreams, have to admit!

Miserable 1/2lb loss this week Gutted, cos I checked on monday too and it said I'd lost about 3lbs then! Rubbish.

I don't think I am very good at this dieting lark.. I weighed myself this morning and I have put 3 and 1/4 pounds on! Hardly surprising.

Been in London today on a networking event. It was good but I had to get up at 4.30 to get there and have only just got back. No breakfast, lunch was italian meats (?) and foreign cheeses (?) and rocket salad with dipping bread and olive oil and balsamic vinegar (?) So I have come back starving - had to have a mars bar on the way home, just to keep me alive and now I have ordered another chinese!!!!!

Tomorrow never comes for me does it.

So I am off to alter my signature.

Weller - Congrats on Andys job offers, meant to say last night are you getting help with tribunal representation costs. My tribunal was covered on my home insurance legal cover. Not sure what to say about the dream:rotfl:
