Right - this has nothing to do with dieting but I suppose I can loosly tie it in with food :rotfl:

We currently dont have a dining table and its proving to be increasingly more difficult to make little legs concentrate on her dinner.

As you all know money is VERY tight at the mo but do you think I would be stupid to pass on this eBay auction:

anyways the saga is over i didnt lose 7lbs (thank hevens) i lost 2.5lbs :rotfl: but that was wearing and shoes loads of clothes and being weighed after work. I went to boots but couldnt find the machine so i used all of works (yes they had batterys in them) :T and 99% out of 10 said i had lost 2.5lbs :D one said i had gained 1lbs but i just think they are duds :rotfl: anyways i will invest in a new set on pay day :)

big problems at work today but i am awaiting tom to see my fate, best outcome he (supervisor) doesnt mind. Worst outcome i am sent on a disaplinery and have to pay for a replacement at around £30/£40 pounds  ah well

    anyways eats today ~
breakfast ~ 2 wholemeal toast with 2 teaspoons of jam
dinner ~ salad mmm 2 apples, coke zero and a muffin (sorry ladies)
tea ~ stressing over above i only have had 2 wholemeal crackers and a nectarine and apple juice, i may have some cereals in a min but thats very unlikely

have a great evening all :)

I think its a bargan Tig and see you've already bought it  :rotfl: :rotfl:

Anyhows, I find that I always eat less when sat at a table and it takes me longer and I then feel more fuller. Its also nice to sit down as a family and enjoy each others conversation. So you have my approval. I think it would be hard to find a table and chairs for that price, never mind one as nice as you're got.

    Morning!

Today is going to be a good day diet-wise. I've just had some cereals and half a nectarine (the other half was bruised, but I couldn't throw it away cos that would have been a waste of money lol!). Accidentally nibbled some cheese while I was making ds's lunch but I'll count it in my points and I probably need a bit more calcium in my diet anyway.

The talk with Stu went really well last night, I've updated the other thread so I wont put all the gory details on here too, but the amazing thing is, he's going to the doctors at 10.30am today. I think I'm going to go up with him if he wants me to, so I'll let you know how it goes.

Congrats on your eBay bargain Tigtag, it's really nice!

well done on the 2.5 pap and hope the work thing goes ok.

I had a bit of a wobbly day yesterday but just about hung on, really had the munchies but the only damage was an extra bowl of muesli.

Today, hoping to be right back on track with

    breakfast - waffles and beans
lunch - HM egg fried rice
    dinner - aduki bean casserole

    good luck everyone!

    Well done PAP - :T :T :T

Snaggles - glad the talk went well, will head over there now to have a read (not being nosy though ;) ). Hope all goes well at the GP's.

I've had my weetabix and planning on having them again for lunch and I am going to make my own spag bol for tea (thanks for the recipes Sea and Tig) (shock  horror:eek: ), you can tell I don't do the cooking at our house :rotfl:

I don't think you're being nosey lol - I'm glad of any advice given, some of it has been absolutely spot on. Sometimes when you're in the middle of a situation, you can't see the wood for the trees, and I think that was me a couple of days ago....but now....wood everywhere!

Will be back online later, after the doctors, so have a good day everyone xxx
