    Morning all.

I had an ok week, ate a few things that I shouldn't have done and one really wasn't very DFW either!! I went to see Travis on Friday night (very good by the way) and was so hungry I bought a cheese roll thing... £4.50!!! I nearly died.

But I was much better yesterday although I am really tired so finding it a bit harder. So today I am going to be eating:

    Weetabix with skimmed milk
    Fruit (loads)
Salad + extra light mayo (1.5 syns)
    Homemade veggie chill.

Hopefully that will be it as I feel an early night coming on which helps with the tiredness and stops me eating :D

Have a good day everyone. x

Ooh I'm jealous, I'd love to see Travis.

I had a shocking food day yesterday... Roast dinner then takeaway :o Pretty DFW tho, as I didn't pay ;) My weigh in is wednesday  First time this week!

Fingers crossed for the 7lbs PAP, that'd be awesome

Pap, Tigtag and Elantan, you are all superstars, well done on your weight losses! :T :T :T

I've decided to weigh in on a Monday from now on if that's okay - I used to do it on a Tuesday but it's just not working as I seem to spend the weekend eating rubbish, thinking oh well, I can just eat salad all day on Monday to make up for it. But if I knew I couldn't do this, it might be a bit more of an incentive over the weekend.

Anyway, I have lost another pound , and yesterday I HAD TO BUY JEANS IN A SMALLER SIZE BECAUSE MY PRE-PREGNANCY ONES ARE ALL FALLING OFF ME!!! (sorry for shouting lol) I bought them from Sainsburys though (I find they're a really good fit from there, I've had them before - they're really nice material too) and they were only £15 so very DFW. :o

Just to add as well, there's been some progress with hubby, we're going to sit down for a chat tonight, and I will be calm and caring - thanks everyone that has offered advice on that xxx

    Well done all!!!!!

I just thought stuff it yesterday and although I had a 'breakfast' 'lunch' and a 'dinner', I'm a bit ashamed to say what I had , other than breakfast was ok, lunch was not and dinner was definintely not!!!

think I needed to blow out though.

    So today

breakfast - muesli, skimmed millk, banana
lunch - can of WW soup with some cooked new potatos in it
dinner - homemade egg fried rice with peas

Keren, I think sometimes you need a day off if you're losing motivation or feeling disappointed with your weightloss - you sound like you're back on the wagon with a vengeance now, so it's probably done you good.

(adopts American accent) You go girl!!! :rotfl:

Not so good though the tribunal have accepted our claim so thats good but becuase of all the stress etc Andy is now very poorly with his colitis and looks drawn, white and horrible. He's got an interview at 1.15 today but we don't know how hes going to manage because of the toliet etc. Hes been 11 times this morning since 7.30am. He's phoned the GPs as he obvioulsy needs steriods but they haven't got an appointment so am waiting to see if they ring up and tell us they have got a perscription for him. Feel like sobbing but I can't- I've got to stay strong for him. I am worried about Snaggs too and wish I could help. I am determined to stay strong but I must admit its getting hard.

I have lost 1.5 though which I didn' really expect.

Weller....listen to me.....you are a strong, amazing woman who copes with a hell of a lot, and if you need a good cry, you have one.

Sorry to hear Andy isn't very well. I hope he manages to make the job interview. If there's anything I can do, or if you need a shoulder to cry on, you know where I am.

Please please don't worry about me, I hate to think I'm adding any extra stress to you life. I am fine, bit of a tough patch but we will get through it.

I've had some really quite interesting perspectives on our situation on my thread on the families board, including a really helpful man's perspective, and a lot of the posts have hit the nail on the head, so to speak.

I'm not just hiding how I'm feeling I promise, I AM actually feeling a lot more hopeful and happy today. Just talking about it has helped, and Stu's positive reaction to having a talk about things tonight has given me a bit of a boost. I gently broached the subject of seeing the doctor this morning, and he didn't refuse, just said he didn't know if she would be able to help him. I said he wont know unless he tries, and he sort of agreed. So keep your fingers crossed for me tonight.
