Happy Birthday spud. I hope you had a double helping of cake to make up for the wine then.

Sammy that trip sounds loads of fun, invite me next time...I can do geordie hen parties and chips (low fat wedges) with gravy.

Don't worry donner, loads of us have been bad this week (ok, probably just me really). But tomorrow is a new day and we'll just pick up and carry on. I hope you feel a bit brighter now, next time you feel down, come and talk it through with us, we'l cheer you up.

Welcome to Miss Behaving (cool name ;))

I used to waitress at my local Beefeater restaurant many years ago when their marketing included the Mr Men and Little Misses. I was initially nicknamed Little Miss Chatterbox by the chefs but it soon changed to Miss Behaving when they realised that I was usually up to no good - eating the icecream, the strawberries, the pavalovas.... nothing much has changed!

I've even managed to put on a pound since yesterday - how on earth did that happen??:o

• now i think i have some dud scales :rotfl: acording to my scales (weighed on carpet) i have lost a whopping 7lbs, this cannot be right i have done no excercise and eaten rubbish nearly all week  so i moved it a bit around my room (investiging) and yes it was the same, i then proceded to take them into the bathroom (wooden floor) and that told me i had lost 9lbs  then i took it downstairs (concreate floor) and that told me 7lbs  so i think i am going to go to boots tonight after work and go on there scales (if they still have them) and payed to be weighed because i cant believe i have lost 7lbs

hope everyones weigh in was a little better :) have a nice monday all, its a start of a new week... good luck :)

edit ~ my scales are the £3 ones from argos... maybe that explains it?

PAP- when I lost 2st at WW, in 4 months I went swimming ONCE - that was the limit of my excercise.
Also, you might say that you have eaten !!!!!! all week but what you have in fact done is eaten the calories you need to eat to lose.
So....

:silenced:Mrs and a HUGE well done :T:T:T:T:T

spud happy birthday (belated sorry) and well done tig boy your doing excellent

well i had my weigh in and considering i have eaten crap for a good few days due to not eating when i'm hungry (as i was busy) i was quite surprised to find i had lost 3lb so all in all in 20 days (just shy of 3 weeks) i have lost 3.75lbs dont know if i should be happy or sad about that but if i loose that in the next 3 weeks i will be estatic ...it's gonna be that long till i weigh in again as i'm off to cyprus on saturday and i want to stick to the one set of scales ...i lost it again in inches though so i'm not that unhappy...gonna make a concertaed effort from now till sat though ...need to loose 5 stone by then do you think i can do it:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
