Snaggs - just read your other post and it has brought a tear to my eye (not hard to do at the moment  ) Men, eh? Bottling it all up inside? But he did well, really well and deserves a pat on the back for going to the GP's. I can undertsand how he feels and it must help him such a lot knowing he such a supportive and loving wife. So very glad it went well and hope he can open up at the GP's (if not, you can do it for him ;) ). There is no shame in seeking help and hes doing the right thing so Well Done Stu :T :T . And they are not going to dope him up (I sometimes think men still live in the dark ages  ) they will just help and support him and if he does need medication then it will be something that helps not send him to a zombie state.

Thinking of you both and again, hope all goes well this morning xxxxxx

Miserable bollox got a pizza last night and I had 2 slices
Then he brought me chocolate

So far today I have had fruit, have HM tomato soup for dinner and will have the lowest fat thing I can find in my freezer for tea

Snaggles, so glad things went well, as my Gran would have said *It'll all come out in the wash* ;) You are very lucky that you have a man who will share his problems and also be willing to admit how he feels :) The very best of wishes to you both.

Now you know I've been having trouble drinking water (tap water) well I've found a way to drink it that is very DFW.

If you get a lemon or lime or maybe any other fruit, cut it up into small pieces and add it to water in your ice cube tray, freeze it and you then have posh ice cubes. then when frozen add to your water and you have a very refreshing cold tap water drink :D (one lemon and one lime made 38 cubes yesterday).

    Just an idea :o

    Hi,

    Great idea...

I'm not sure if you're after drinking tap water for a detox (or rather de-tox ;) ) but if not you could try this as a refreshing DFW drink:-

    http://www.cookingforengineers.com/recipe/121/Lemon-Iced-Tea

P.S. Mind if I join in...

Today I will be mainly eating:-
breakfast: Ham, Egg and mushrooms on 1 slice of toast
lunch: 1 Ham salad sandwich and a cup-of-soup (am looking to upgrade to HM in the near future I'm just starting out my new DFW lifestyle)
tea: Keema Curry (extra lean mince of course ladies n gents) and rice.

P.P.S. Weight loss this week = 2lb (total 15lb got my total wrong in my previous post!!! Back on track now)
