We had a argos card when we were together (parted ways 2012) I kept this and make monthly repayments as I use it for back up items I can't get credit. I have never in my life felt so anxious, quite possibly the scariest situation I've been in.
That's probably what it is. You need to gather proof that he lives at his nan's (documents with his name on it going to that address)0 -

No worries
Like I say just be upfront with everything.
If he stays at yours 3-4 times a week, that's fine. So tell us. Hiding it will make you look guilty during any investigation.0 -
Or someone reported you.0

The father of my children regularly visits here my eldest is really struggling with school and his presence is really doing her well. He has always given the children money for shoes books dance class etc but I didn't know this would be a problem all bills are in my name it's my HA tenancy everything in my name. He lives in a camper van quite often by his nans but sometimes in his work lorry he will sleep. He doesn't use my home for showers or food and he's made it perfectly clear he doesn't want to be with me (I had thought perhaps he wasn't straight) But we have obviously been to places together like school meetings and meeting with football managers watching games my son plays in he did a great job decorating the girls bedroom but we obviously went to diy store together buying items needed would photos like these be proof were living as a couple he's a great father just wasn't a great partner or maybe I wasn't.
I am worried sick about this interview and waiting nearly 2 weeks for the date is making me loose sleep I work part time and it's affecting my work. If they've been watching for years they'd have enough info to say he did live here as he came and went.
So many ex-partners who regularly father children live in caravans, camper vans or cars etc etc...These are my own views and you should seek advice from your local Benefits Department or CAB.0
