Hi Alex,
Sounds like its all going well. Best of luck tomorrow.
If the discussion is around splitting the company I'd ask accountant to prepare some figures to agree the division of the company:
Salary withdrawals over lifetime of the company
Original and subsequent capital placed into company
Current and future liabilities
Inventory
Assets (computers, tools, premises, vehicles etc)
Once you have that an idea of his expectations then you work out a reasonable split position.
As always, just my thoughts.

Hi Alex
Just wanted to pop in and say how wonderful it is to read your last few entries. It's great to see you realising the positives in your days and approaching what could be a couple of nerve wracking situations with confidence and eagerness.
Do keep an eye on your moods over the next couple of weeks with the new tablets. Hopefully you've got a good fit straight away but a bit of tweaking here and there is not uncommon with depression medication, particularly with SSRIs.
I'm really looking forward to hearing all about your meeting tomorrow, I have this gut feeling that you are going to be brilliant. Full of authority and confidence and really taking a hold of your business future. I'm also really excited to hear how little K gets on at nursery on Thursday. I'll be thinking of you all then.
Keep your chin up hun, you're doing really well!
Hi wegle,
Thank you for such an encouraging post. I have to admit I am beginning to flag a little. The last couple of days have been seriously busy running around here, there and everywhere including A LOT of walking. An early night is in order.
With regard to the tablets, thank you. I have been taking them since my first visit to "eye-candy" doctor, she said something along a similar line. Hopefully, other treatment will be forthcoming soon, they want to rule out any physical causes first. Must admit even over the past few days I've had a few dark moments though luckily I was able to pull away from them.
I wish I had as much faith in me as you have.Hi Alex,

Fantastic list, thank you.
I have wrote that in my diary for tomorrow (with a disgustly expensive pen).2018 totals:

I was given what looks like a fairly expensive pen as a gift recently, probably not on your scale, but it doesn't say bic or papermate on it like my usual work pens ..
I do love it, makes me feel like a real executive when I use it .... Oh hang on, i hope my board of directors doesn't read this forum .... They pay me to be a real executive ... Oh bum !Its just a bad day, Not a bad life .. :cool:0 -
Mara: What is the pen? I'd probably have an idea of value if you were at all interested.
I cannot write with a biro type pen, well I can but would rather not. My everyday pen is very battered and I'd probably be lucky to get £50 such is the state of it.
Years ago I bought Mrs. K. a beautiful Cartier pen. However, much to my dismay she never had an interest in writing, nor did a nice pen seem to improve her scrawl. Still got the pen though.2018 totals:

Ah thanks Alex, but im really not interested in value, it was a thank you gift from a grateful customer, and I treasure it because of that.
I do enjoy a fountain pen, but its just not practical at work.
Hope you sleep the sleep of a hard working man tonight. Sweet dreamsIts just a bad day, Not a bad life .. :cool:0 -
A cartier for Mrs K. I think I was lucky if I ever got a parker pen.... thou now its a cheap fountain pen from Home Bargains - I lose them, or DD borrows them!!

I have been known to be nice on occasion ....
There are some rather nice Parkers. Some are worth a lot of money but not any you can buy on the high street.
LOL, my son will not be borrowing my pens when he is your daughter's age.2018 totals:

OK this entry is dismal, sorry but here goes:
Wednesday 25th September, 2013.
Day 24.
Dear Diary,
At the moment, I can hardly think due to being so busy and yet I have somehow managed to take on more in the form of an orchestral audition on Sunday. Considering that it has been years since I played in an orchestra, I doubt I will get a place but it is an opportunity I cannot miss and a welcome break from working.
THE meeting came and went with much to think about. I shall elaborate, though for the moment I feel almost too tired to speak having seen a client, gone to the meeting and started to prepare a piece for Sunday. I have to admit to having a little drink this evening so that has perhaps not been so good. Debt-busting has been quiet. However, I did not spend money on lunches out today.
Tomorrow holds my son's big day joining nursery, he is very excited and can't stop talking about it so I am just hoping he will enjoy it as much as he thinks he will.
Summary:
-£0.60 Bottle of Water.
Yours Faithfully,
Alex.2018 totals:

Lannie: Thank you, I get the feeling Mrs. K. and I are more nervous about the nursery than our son is! :rotfl: He doesn't seem at all apprehensive.2018 totals:
