Though that has just reminded me of the ex who won the money to pay for a very expensive holiday on the races and then whilst there visited a casino and made back more than we actually took as spending money. No. No. No. Stamps foot firmly. Gambling does not pay.
Stick to the overpayment plan Watty.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

:j Just back from hack. Delighted. Only out 40 mins and all in walk - short walk down road, down 'yellow brick road' which is a lovely farm track of yellowish concrete between two steep banks, across the edge of one field, down a gorgeous path beside a stream that was flowing nicely, all deep green, wildflowers, birds singing, just perfect and then back around the edge of the field adjoining our place to end up 2 mins from our back gate. Fabulous.

And - :j :j This is the first time I've been off road on handsome baby since my melt down at the start of diary. He was beautifully behaved - a tiny spook in field that amounted to nothing at all, two strides pick up reins and baby stops and returns to walking nicely by friend. Cannot believe how much my confidence has grown since starting diary. Very very happy Watty :)

Thanks if at first and Alchemilla. Still smiling about our achievement and how lovely the path by the stream was. :)

Decluttered a bag of rubbish (80), a horse shampoo that won't get used up as I think it irritates FoggyFell and he has more than enough products of his own (81) a supplement that was bought for FoggyFell a couple of years ago and not used up (82) and a broken coffee maker jug (83).
