Just updated signature. Don't think there will be much more to save or overpay over the next few months thanks to major investment in company with computers etc but delighted to see I have actually halved the mortgage since I've been at this. I know the huge overpayments are mostly due to the endowment and selling shares and reorganising savings but delighted to see how it all works
.
Hmmm..... I think you might want to check the latest balance in your signature.... far from halving your mortgage it looks like you've increased it five-fold!:D xx

Office looking good. Finally all the new work systems are up and running. Hurrah. Can't make smiles work though ...hmm?
Anyway Mr Watty made - from 2 bits of under desk furniture that I was going to freecycle a little storage unit to put bits of equipment in, so that was a fab declutter and I've cleared a lot of stuff via the bin and freecycle. Am going to try facebay to sell a couple of bits of equipment we no longer want/need later today.
Am not going to list all the decluttering and am just going to count roughly as have cleared under 3 desks, the top of one desk, 3 filing trays, quite a lot of paper gone, the top of a couple of cupboards cleared etc. I had a rough count up and make it 15 areas cleared so up to 75 now! (Didn't start counting until after had done initial house declutter so am just counting now to keep the motivation up). All going well I think.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Lord knows where the week has gone. Handsome baby has not been ridden this week at all. I've spent most days working on the charity that had made a monumental stuff up. Very pleased with the outcome of that following meetings this week. Think we have secured great future for them if only the folk there do the work, which, now there are a couple of new staff in place it looks like they will. Now sitting here in own office surrounded by work and wondering where to begin. Will do a bit, catch up on diaries, do a bit more ....and see how that works. Work plan not progressing as well as it should. Hey ho. Instead rung saddler for the umpteenth time about baby's jumping saddle which was going to take 5 to 6 weeks about 11 weeks ago. And the man won't come to phone. I can't decide if he is busy or messing me about. Female assistant took a message to him and it came back he is going to chase saddle.
Unimpressed I rang another place that actually has saddle we think will fit in stock - but - cant fit us in for a fitting until end of July. Have booked in for fitting. If we go there - about an hour and a half drive then they can fit us in earlier. Am considering hiring lorry to go there.
Also giving serious consideration to taking the master saddlers saddle fitting course. .....
Now I really must do some work.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
